Continue the "Why Women still can't have it all" Conversation

Work life balance and heavy work loads

I don't have time to pull together a proposal but it was clear to me by the interest expressed last week that folks would benefit from further conversation on the topic of work-life balance and the heavy work load at EMU. I don't sense people wanting to do this in a complaining sort of way, but just as a way of naming what we all struggle with. Perhaps there is someone who would like to pick up on this.
