Midterm Exam
Reminder: Conferral with classmates is not permitted
The window for the Midterm is from 2:00 pm to 11:59 pm on Friday, February 23rd (be sure to start before 9:30 pm so you'll get the full use of the 2.5 hour time allotment). You will have 2.5 hours to complete after you begin.
All questions are set up as short answers. In some cases, I require an explanation in your answer but you should feel free to explain any answer you wish to defend. You do not need to show specific calculations or external uploads for any of the problems, but remember that if you describe the logic behind an answer, it is easier for me to give partial credit even if you end up with an incorrect result.
If you get stuck or something in unclear, let me know in your answer to the question and move on to the other questions. You can also contact me with questions/concerns, but please wait until after you have submitted the exam so you do not lose any time. I will follow up on any issue/areas around clarity or other concerns after you submit your exam.
