    3. Article by Den Nieuwenboer & Kaptein (2008). NOTE - While this article is getting old, I find the author's theory is helpful - and timeless maybe - in providing an understanding about why legal & ethical financial issues arise.
    4. Ethics Sage blog post - this blog post seems to build on the den Nieuwenboer & Kaptein article about why financial legal/ethical issues occur, but uses another helpful analogy of a "broken window".
    5. Please also review the PPT for some additional thoughts.
    6. After completing all of the readings, formulate a number of questions for your CFO interview. See these hints or suggestions as a starting point
