Week 1 Objectives & Overview

Before we dive head first into the world of leadership ethics and law for health care leaders, I think it is important to first reflect on where we all have been the past few years and where we might be going. Our worlds, worldviews, and the lenses we see the world through has been radically impacted. For this week, I have selected several articles, blogs, and videos to give each of us a time to pause. 

How has the pandemic as well as the events related to racism, political discord, economic uncertainty, the war in Ukraine and other parts of the world impacted you as a person? How has it impacted your role as a leader? How has it changed you? What work do you still need to process? While we will examine the issues of ethics, we need to keep in mind how these areas of upheaval have impacted law and ethics. So let's take a week just to pause and reflect.

Read the articles & blogs linked below, then participate in an energetic forum discussion with your peers. I would encourage you to keep the conversation going and not be limited to the minimum peer responses.
