How do I add a Co-Teacher for a course?

Note: if you are the official teacher on record you may want to check with the registrar to determine why your role in Moodle hasn't been correctly assigned as a co-teacher.

On the course landing page, click the ‘Participants’ link located on the left column under the Title of the course (in this case FAQ Test Course).

Click the settings icon located to the right top corner of the Participants area.



Select "Enrolled Users" from the drop down menu


Add a Participant to a Course

Click on the 'Enroll users' button at the top of the list of participants.


In the drop down menu next to Assign Roles select the "Teacher" option.



In the Search box type the name of the person you want to add and click "Search"



Click "Enroll" next to their name, then click "Finish Enrolling Users"  You must complete both of these steps to enroll a user, do not x out of the window until you have clicked on "Finish enrolling Users"
