Module 8b Activity

Using your research question from the Module 8a activity, make a hypothesis about the relationship. This will include a null and alternative hypothesis statement. As your alternative statement, you can choose a one-sided statement (greater than), a one-sided statement (less than), or a two-sided statement (not equal to) -- but pick only one version as your alternative statement.  

Here is my example of a hypothesis statement for the Mountain State graduates research question (I've decided to use a one-sided (greater than) alternative hypothesis statement:

Null H₀: There is no difference between the average Mountain State graduate annual income and the national median income. 

Alternative H_a: The Mountain State graduate annual income, on average, is greater than the national median annual income.
