This handbook is intended as a general guide to the personnel policies and employee benefits available at Eastern Mennonite University. It is not intended to set forth either expressed or implied contractual obligations of the university. This handbook is not an employment contract. All employment at EMU is "at will." The university retains the right to amend or alter any or all of these policies as circumstances warrant.
